The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 Might Be the Most Dramatic One Yet.

This is what Bravo wrote as a caption to a preview for new episodes of this long-running franchise, which returns on Sunday night, May 5.

It sounds familiar, we know.

But it may also be true.

On Season 14, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda will be featured as lead cast members… while Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler will return as Friends.

According to The Sun, filming kicked off way back in August 2023, not long after a three-part reunion aired in Bravo in June.

This same outlet reports that Giudice will remain the focus of the series on Season 14, but that she also will stick to her vow to stay clear from sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.

We actually won’t see very much of these women feuding.

So, what will we witness this spring and summer?!?

“Margaret and Jackie got into a big argument over her book. Jackie gave out copies of her book to a few cast members, but Margaret did not get one and that made her question their friendship,” an insider tells The Sun.

Josephs especially takes issue with her so-called friend because she introduced Jackie to the publicist who helped get her this book deal.

“I think people are so used to Jersey being about family,” Gorga has said to The Sun. “It’s a huge twist this year – plot twist!”

Margaret also teased to this publication that the “biggest fight” this season is between Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral. A PHYSICAL fight, she emphasizes.

“Jennifer pushed Danielle during the argument and Danielle retaliated by crumpling her plastic cup and hurling it towards Jennifer’s face, drawing blood,” a source previously alleged to Page Six.

These cast members were even suspended for a few days as a result of this altercation.

“I could say for me it was very surprising. But for the viewer and fan of Housewives, it’s not surprising. They already knew what kind of person I was dealing with,” Danielle says to The Sun.

As for Teresa’s controversial husband, Luis Ruelas?

Rachel and John Fuda will continue to accuse him of hiring an investigator to look into their lives.

These accusations have been brought to court — as of February 2024 — when attorney Kevin S. Johnson and his firm filed a lawsuit against Luis (among others), accusing him of violating the Federal Wiretap Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act.

Finally… welcome to Kayla Giovinazzo, Tiffany Chantell-Rosania, and Jessica Kiraly.

These three fresh faces were brought on this season “as a test,” writes The Sun, to see if they might replace any veteran cast members down the line.

Tiffany competed on The Amazing Race in 2015; Kayla is married to Jamie Giovinazzo, the CEO and Founder of Eat Clean Bro; and Jessica creates fashion and lifestyle content on social media.

Bravo has released the first trailer for The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and you may not believe this…

… but it looks like a lot of drama is on the way.

First, the series will bring back Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda as lead cast members… with Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler returning as Friends.

As is so often the case for this franchise, Giudice appears to be the main focus of upcoming episodes… although her feud with Melissa Gorga isn’t referenced at all.

Instead, it’s Teresa marriage to Luis Ruelas that has everyone talking — and speculating.

“Teresa is distraught because in the house, there’s not a lot of calm,” Danielle says in the preview, before Jennifer Aydin chimes in as follows:

“Every time I talk to her, her stomach is in knots.”

These remarks are cut with footage of Teresa walking with Ruelas, while Dolores says of her colleague:

“She’s not doing great.”

It doesn’t us long to learn why not, either, as an unknown voice claims “Louis pissed away her money.”

There’s been concern about Ruelas almost as soon as Giudice started dating him, with various critics trashing Luis as a fraud or a schemer.

We don’t learn any more details about what he may or may not have done with his wife’s money in this trailer, however.

At another point, the emotional and suspenseful promo goes over to argument between Louie and Teresa.

“I want it to be better,” he says, as she notes, “It’s not going to be better. I don’t want to talk about it.”

Once again, mystery clouds the scene. Producers sure know how to build intrigue, don’t they?

And even when Teresa’s relationship with Ruelas is not front and center, her relationship with others still dominates coverage.

For example, video teases shifting friendships between Margaret and pals Jenn Fessler and Jackie, both of whom have formed a surprising bond with Giudice.

“That’s who you want to associate yourself with?” she asks Jenn, later referring to Jackie as “Judas” while talking about their rift in a conversation with Joe.

“You want to tell Teresa everything you’ve been doing behind her back?”

“I’m being friends with whomever I want to be friends with, and I don’t care!” Jackie fires back.

Elsewhere, Jenn Fessler is also on the outs with Rachel, who, naturally, is ALSO feuding with Teresa.

“You’re a f—ing bully, Teresa,” she screams, as Teresa warns her, “Don’t poke the f—ing bear.”

YIKES, huh?

Caroline Manzo officially has filed a lawsuit after the horrendous things she claims happened while filming Ultimate Girls Trip.

In a lawsuit filed by Caroline against Bravo, Peacock, and several other production companies associated with the show, she is alleging to be the victim of sexual harassment.

Yes, this is about the Brandi Glanville incident.

Caroline Manzo’s Lawsuit & Claims Against Brandi Glanville

Real Housewife fans will recall that well into filming Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco, both Caroline and Brandi left unceremoniously.

At the time, it was reported by sources that after an unwanted kiss from Brandi, Caroline exited. But according to the former RHONJ star, it was so much more than that.

According to documents obtained by Page Six, Caroline is suing for “negligence, sexual harassment, sex/gender discrimination, sexual battery and other causes of action that she says violate state laws in California and New York.”

She claims in the suit that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star made unwanted sexual advances against Caroline without her consent.

According to her recount, Brandi allegedly forced herself on her and kissed her.

Brandi “then proceeded to mount Manzo on the couch holding Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezed Manzo’s cheeks together and thrust her tongue in Manzo’s mouth, while humping her.”

Aside from being wildly inappropriate, the incident apparently resurfaced Caroline’s “dormant and horrific memories” of her sexual assault that took place when she was seven years old.

But the horror doesn’t end there.

Caroline Suing Bravo, But Not Brandi?

Caroline insists in her suit that Brandi harassed her at the behest of production.

The incident described above apparently followed a separate time when Brandi “forced her vagina” against Caroline’s back.

When Caroline finally had enough, she arranged to have herself flown home from Morrocco. She claims that production followed and filmed her all the way to the airport.

To what end? She claims they were “gathering more ‘drama’ to increase their ratings.”

Surprisingly, Caroline is not suing Brandi directly, only Bravo and the aforementioned list of production companies involved with the show.

Brandi Glanville Responds

Shortly after the news broke, Brandi’s lawyers released a statement to Page Six:

“Sadly, Brandi had to wake up to yet another lawsuit that includes defamatory, false accusations about her,”

“While filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault. She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long without a word of support from Peacock, Shed or Bravo.

“This painful storytelling seems endless and needs to stop. She is looking to move on and upward and get her life back.”

‘Ultimate Girls Trip’: Will It Air?

As of now, Brandi, nor Bravo or Peacock has made an official statement on the lawsuit.

The big question now is if the series will ever even air. Given what has allegedly let down, sources close to the production have said that the project has been shelved indefinitely.

However, it’s not just UGT that is in jeopardy.

“‘Ultimate Girls Trip’ Morocco is probably never going to air, and now they are thinking about tabling ‘[RHONY] Legacy’ also,” one insider shared with Page Six.

“NBC is really pissed off because they feel like Bravo let [production company] Shed ruin multiple shows, ‘RHONY’ obviously [being one].”

Meanwhile, despite not making an immediate statement on the lawsuit, Brandi has attempted to clear her name up until this point.

Brandi’s attorneys sayid back in March that Shed Media (owned by Warner Bros even though they produce Ultimate Girls Trip) have hot mic audio at exonerates Brandi from these claims.

There is supposedly no filmed footage of the incident.

Even before Jennifer Fessler shared her steamy memories of the late, great James Gandolfini on RHONJ, the Ozempic rumors were swirling.

In fact, she may have been ahead of the curve in using the life-saving diabetes medicine as a luxury weight-loss tool.

Recently, Fessler’s Ozempic use landed her in the hospital.

She’s out of the hospital. She’s doing better now. And she’s still on Ozempic.

Assuming that she’s still around, we’ll be interested to hear what Jennifer Fessler has to say on a prestigious documentary on Ozempic and similar semaglutide injections.

For now, though, she’s still making (controversial) use of the drug as an appetite suppressant.

Despite her recent hospitalization with an impacted bowel, she’s more than happy to boast about continuing to use it.

“I’m not afraid of Ozempic,” Fessler said this week, “and I will tell you I have had an experience that was not good — and I’m pretty positive it was about the semaglutide — where I had to go to the hospital for an impacted bowel.”

Fessler said this alongside cohost Jackie Goldschneider on their shared podcast, Two Jersey Js.

“I’m still not nervous about it,” she emphasized. “When it comes to things having to do with my physical appearance, somehow that goes out the window. For instance, I’m not afraid at all of going into surgery for anything cosmetic.”

Fessler shared that, in over a year, she has lost “maybe 22 pounds” total from Ozempic. Yet she blames herself for her hospitalization.

“I was drinking no water, eating no vegetables,” she claimed. “‘Cause something that happens, a new experience for me, is being able to eat what I want.”

Fessler went on: “Even when it’s not the most healthy choices and still lose weight. So maybe for the first time in my life, I’m losing weight on pizza and bagels and ice cream.”

“Having said that, I noticed there was constipation, I didn’t do anything about it. I wasn’t taking Miralax, that you take every morning, or any kind of stool softener,” Fessler admitted. “I hadn’t gone in a week, then it was a week and a half.”

Fessler did not immediately seek treatment, and says that she’s the one “to blame for ignoring [her side effects] and allowing them to escalate to the point where I became impacted.”

Now, she says, she’s “proactive” and drinking more water, taking laxatives, and more.

Notably, this same medication caused thyroid cancer in rodents during laboratory testing. Until very recently, only people who needed it to live took to the injections.

Since it became the weight loss drug of choice among the wealthy, Ozempic (and similar semaglutides) have had shortages on multiple continents. Which means real problems for people who need it.

So we’re talking about a weight loss drug with known risks, unknown potential long-term risks, and finite supply. Fessler still thinks that it’s worth the risk, and we’re hard-pressed to condemn her. Our culture does brutal things to women over the shapes of their bodies.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers know what it’s like when Teresa Giudice is on a rampage.

But there are situations when she tries to resolve things in more nuanced ways. Of course, Teresa’s idea of “subtle” really isn’t.

Recently released footage from a traffic stop shows that Teresa was the driver.

Apparently, she tried to “subtly” pull a do-you-know-who-I-am with the officer. Oh, Tre.

Just for the record, we’re unsure if Teresa Giudice’s traffic stop went so smoothly because of who she is.

But that appears to have been her intention.

This actually happened back in April, in Riverdale, New Jersey. Yes, there is a real place named Riverdale.

TMZ reports that a police officer saw her swerving in and out of traffic lanes during a night drive.

Naturally, the officer assumed that something was wrong. This is a dangerous driving pattern. So, he pursued her vehicle and pulled her over.

Despite her on-screen behavior and long standing reputation and her whole general vibe, Teresa does not appear to have been belligerent during the traffic stop.

Instead, she handed over her driver’s license when the officer asked for it.

Oddly, she appears to have also offered “family business cards” … that is, identifying information. The intention could only be to let the officer know that she’s a Bravolebrity.

Teresa’s ploy could have backfired spectacularly. Sometimes, authorities leap at the chance to look “tough” by arresting a “celebrity.”

However, this officer laughed off her goofy gambit, telling her that her cards would not be necessary.

After the officer scrolled through her background — which, lest we forget, does include time behind bars — he returned to her car. And he let her off with a simple warning.

From the traffic stop video’s contents, Teresa sounded grateful.

She admitted that she doesn’t drive in a straight line. Some might consider that a bit of a drivers license dealbreaker.

Teresa also mentioned her father’s death. Perhaps she was referring to the three-year anniversary, as he passed away in April of 2020.

Despite what she may think, Teresa is really not a household name.

She’s a longtime Bravolebrity, but there are folks who could not name a single Housewife — let alone the RHONJ OG.

For that reason, we can only guess — at that — as to whether the officer thought that he was dealing with a reality star or just a ditzy rich white woman. A fan would recognize her as both.

Meanwhile, Teresa’s attorney has hit back at the video’s release, and told TMZ that “There is no family business card. That is ridiculous.” Yes, of course it is.

According to him, “No such card exists or has ever existed.”

Tre’s attorney clarified: “She was referring to a New Jersey State PBA card that was given to her by an acquaintance who is a law enforcement officer and issued her the card.”

Just for the record, PBA cards are held by friends and family of police. That’s arguably a worse look for her than name-dropping herself.

“The bigger issue here is why is a video of a woman being pulled over, who did absolutely nothing wrong,” he continued.

He wondered why this video is “being released to the public more than five months after the actual motor vehicle stop happened.” A solid question!

On Tuesday, August 15, Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga reunited … sort of … at a New Jersey restaurant.

There, the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 were filming a surprise celebration for Jennifer Fessler’s birthday.

You don’t turn 55 every day. But if you were hoping for a birthday miracle … don’t hold your breath.

The Sun reports that, though the sisters in law did both attend, that was the extent of their overlap.

Melissa and Teresa reportedly “avoided each other” entirely during the party.

They “did not speak or say one word to each other,” the insider dished.

The source went on to state: “They hung out with their own friends.”

“And,” the insider continued, “they both ignored each other completely.”

Additionally, Teresa arrived separately from Melissa and Joe. The Gorgas did arrive together.

However, this cold war between the two didn’t impact the overall party.

According to the source, “everyone still had fun and [was] there to celebrate Fessler.”

The insider also said that, for now, “production isn’t forcing a confrontation.”

Instead, the team behind the show “is letting things happen naturally.” That’s smart.

Viewers can often tell when production has its hand in how things go down.

Sure, we all know that the cast trips are artifice. Random groups of neighbors, including rivals, frenemies, and besties, don’t go on annual group vacations together unless they’re filming a reality show.

The big birthday celebration for Jennifer Fessler went down in Cranford, New Jersey at The Vine & Oak Tavern.

The Royal Sweet Fairy was the event planner.

It’s not just that he didn’t show up in any pictures.

The report confirms that he didn’t show up to celebrate alongside his wife.

However, it looks like he was dining out in Miami. Despite reports of tension, we won’t get our hopes up for a split. Not this early.

Just because Sonja Morgan wasn’t good enough for Luann’s cabaret doesn’t mean that she doesn’t know how to entertain.

She proved that very recently. Sonja flashed the entire room at a drag brunch.

But she swears that she has a perfectly good explanation. The crowd may have gotten less of an eyeful than people imagined.

If you weren’t already aware of Sonja Morgan’s tour, you certainly are now.

On her Sonja In Your City “caburlesque” stop in Charlotte, North Carolina, the RHONY alum showed off just how flexible she is.

While in the Queen City, Sonja performed some seated acrobatics on a chair.

She spread her legs, she stuck one and both legs into the air.

And, given what she was wearing, she gave everyone an eyeful. Those hot pink undergarments were hard to miss!

However, an even more recent Instagram post promises that she can explain it all.

“In case you read I flashed everyone during my Sonja In Your City #caburlesque show,” Sonja began alongside a photo of herself in a hot pink bikini.

“You weren’t wrong,” she acknowledged. Oh, that’s a spicy start!

“I was wearing this swimsuit under my sequin wrap robe ,” Sonja explained.

The sequin wrap robe in question, by the way, was beside her in the Instagram photo.

“However I would say the biggest challenge was the floppy chair vs a cabaret chair,” Sonja opined. “Just saying.”

“All good We always have a greeeeeaaat niiight,” Sonja then characterized.

She also promised “More cities and dates coming soon.”

And, of course, she teased that the link to all of the information that one might want is available through the link in her Instagram bio.

Just for context, Sonja’s performance took place on August 6. And it went down at the Ink N Ivy in Charlotte.

Charlotte is a great stop on a tour like this. It’s a population center, it’s the nation’s banking hub. And if you don’t count any of the cities in the Triangle, it’s one of NC’s best cities.

Just be aware that, if Sonja stops by your city on her tour, you might get an eyeful.
