Joshua Jackson is set to star on the big screen in the next Karate Kid chapter.

And the actor, 45, has revealed his daughter was behind the decision to take on his first feature film role in almost 10 years.

“Part of the reason why I wanted to make the movie is that it’ll be the first thing in a very, very long time that I can potentially watch with my daughter,” the Dawson’s Creek star told Entertainment Tonight on the Disney Upfront red carpet on Tuesday, May 15.

Jackson, who shares a 4-year-old daughter with ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith, will be seen in the 2025 film alongside Sadie Stanley, Ming-Na Wen, Aramis Knight and Wyatt Oleff in addition to the franchise’s ongoing stars Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio.

Joshua Jackson and Lupita Nyong'o’s Relationship Timeline

The actor split from Turner-Smith, 37, in October 2023 after almost four years of marriage.

He has rarely spoken publicly about his daughter, however he did discuss his evolution as a father and briefly touched on the child’s personality in 2022.

“The work [of being a parent] is constant because she’s constantly a new version of herself,” Jackson told People at the time. “So I think [you have to be] open to the fact that you have to rediscover your child all the time. But the greatest piece of it right now is she’s so hyper-verbal, and she’s very, very opinionated. And I’m just enjoying the ability to be in that conversation with her.”

Jackson is currently dating Lupita Nyong’o and recently spoiled the actress, 41, during her birthday in Mexico.

A source exclusively told Us Weekly on March 5, “Lupita is so happy she’s spending her birthday with Joshua and he’s treating her like a total princess. He’s surprised her with a spa day at the resort and romantic dinners. He’s pulling out all the stops because he wants to make her feel really special.”

Joshua Jackson’s Dating History: Diane Kruger, Jodie Turner-Smith and More

Us confirmed the couple’s romance in December 2023.

Jackson split from Turner-Smith after each parties cited “irreconcilable difference” as the reason behind their breakup. They requested that they share joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.

Meghan Markle gushed over her two “chatty, sweet” children, Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie during her trip to Nigeria.

The Duchess of Sussex, 42, spoke candidly about motherhood during a panel discussion about women in leadership on Saturday, May 11, according to People. Meghan further addressed how she balances raising children and pursuing her career.

Meghan, who shares Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 4, with husband Prince Harry, recounted a conversation she had with her mentor Bonnie Hammer, vice chairman of NBCUniversal, while she was still starring on the resurgent USA drama Suits.

“She invited me to have breakfast, and I thought this was just the biggest deal in the world,” Meghan said. “And I asked her that exact question. I said, ‘How do you find the balance?’ And she said, ‘You don’t, you’ll never find the balance.’”

She added, “And this was before I was married. This was before I had children. This is before all the things in my life have certainly had a plot twist,” referencing her marriage to Harry.

“What I think that means now is that that balance will always change for you … What seems balanced 10 years ago is going to shift,” Meghan said. “And so being a mom has always been a dream of mine. And I’m so fortunate that we have two beautiful, healthy, very chatty, sweet children.” She added, “I love being a mom.”

Harry, 39, and Meghan kicked off their first official tour of Nigeria on Friday, May 10, with a visit to a school in the capital city of Abuja. While speaking to a group of students at the Lightway Academy, Meghan recounted an emotional conversation she had with her daughter.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Quotes About Daughter Lilibet

“Our daughter, Lili, she’s much, much tinier than you guys. She’s about to turn three,” she said. “And a few weeks ago she looked at me and she would just see the reflection in my eyes. And she [goes], ‘Mama, I see me in you.’”

Meghan added that while Lilibet was speaking “really literally,” she “hung onto those words in a very different way.” She said to the students, “I thought, yes, I do see me in you, and you see me in you. As I look around this room, I see myself in all of you as well.”

Harry and Meghan’s three-day visit to the African country also serves as the 10th-anniversary celebration of the Invictus Games, co-founded by Harry to honor wounded military veterans. On their second day in Nigeria, the couple attended a volleyball game hosted by Nigeria: Unconquered, a charity affiliated with the Invictus Games.

Patrick Mahomes Sweetly Reads Picture Books to His 2 Kids

Brittany Mahomes snapped a sweet pic of husband and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes snuggled up with their two kids for storytime.

Brittany shared two photos via her Instagram Story of Patrick lounging with their children — daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, 15 months — while reading a picture book titled Don’t Tickle the Unicorn by Sam Taplin. In a second snap, Bronze lays down next to his dad on the couch in a silent protest. “Sissy didn’t share so he pouts by dad,” Brittany wrote.

Patrick and Brittany welcomed Sterling in February 2021, while Bronze was born in November the following year. The couple celebrated Sterling’s 3rd birthday in February, just one week after Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs won against the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII.

Super Bowl LVIII marked Mahomes’ fourth Super Bowl of his NFL career. Super Bowl LIV the previous year saw the Chiefs win against the Philadelphia Eagles after Patrick secured the victory for his team despite a sprained ankle sustained before halftime. This earned him the NFL MVP award.

“Brittany couldn’t be more proud of Patrick and his team for their huge win and she’s beyond ecstatic,” the insider told Us Weekly at the time. “She knows how hard he trained and focused for this game, and to see it all pay off for him is an incredible feeling.”

“It was remarkable for her to see his endurance while he pushed through and played despite his sprained ankle,” the source continued. “He’s such an inspiration and now she feels like Patrick has earned some well-deserved time off to heal, relax, and celebrate with the family for a bit. She adores her husband more than anything. She’s overjoyed and absolutely elated.”

However, it’s clear Patrick thinks his wife is the real MVP in their family. “I think people don’t even realize how much she does,” he said in an episode of the “Impaulsive” podcast earlier this month. “I mean, taking care of the day-to-day stuff and make it where I can focus on football and focus on my craft and everything like that.”

Patrick Mahomes and Wife Brittany Mahomes' Relationship Timeline

He continued, “[She’s] a Hall of Fame mom and a Hall of Fame wife, [which] makes it a lot easier. I mean, when you get to come home and your best friend’s there and you can just hang out, it makes you want to be there all the time and she pushes me to be great and she’s done a lot of great things herself.”

When they’re not preparing for the Super Bowl, Brittany has stated that she and Patrick prefer to spend time with their kids. “We like to spend time as a family,” Brittany said in a July 2023 interview. “I call this the real season for me when I have two kids at home,” Patrick added.

In a February 2023 interview with Good Morning America, Patrick opened up about how becoming a father gave him a “different perspective” on life. “You enjoy every day so much more,” he said at the time. “Having them, the years fly by and just try to do whatever I can to enjoy the little moments.”

Jennifer Garner Reveals Parenting Advice She Received From Her Mom

Jennifer Garner Reveals the Parenting Go To She Got From Her Mom When Her Kids Are At Their Worst 006
Kelly Sullivan/Getty Images for St. Helena Hospital Foundation

Jennifer Garner has taken away some very helpful parenting advice from her mom, Patricia Garner.

“My mom always says when they’re being the worst, that’s when they need the biggest hug,” Jennifer, 52, explained on an episode of “Kelly Corrigan Wonders” podcast on Wednesday, May 8. “She has a lot of things she says, but one of them is, ‘Anytime you can say yes, say yes, be very liberal with your yeses and save your nos. And that closing your mouth is worth a million nos.’”

Jennifer, who shares kids Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, went on to share that her mom is a “big believer” in not “going deep on what’s hard.”

“There’s certainly been times in my life where I’ll call her and I’ll be going through something that is just so overwhelming for her that she will just say, ‘Well, anyway,’ and she changes the subject and I have to hang up and call my sisters because I’ve reached the end of what mom can do,” the 13 Going on 30 actress explained.

'Mom Fail'! Jennifer Garner Once Sent Mass Email to Her Kid's Sports Team

Jennifer has previously opened up about the struggles that come from motherhood – especially as a working mom.

“Working moms … get all freaked out because we’re told constantly, ‘You have 18 summers, you have this much time … Time is fleeting,’” she told Access Hollywood in October 2023. “It makes you panic, and my mom has always said to me, ‘You’re their mom forever. Don’t worry, you can do your job … your kids are gonna be so proud of you.’”

Jennifer noted that while there are times she’s “fully around” and other times she’s not because of work, working parents need to give themselves “some grace.”

On top of being a working mom, Jennifer also deals with the challenges of coparenting with her three children and Affleck, 51. Jennifer and Affleck split in 2015 after 10 years of marriage. He has since married Jennifer Lopez in 2022, while Jennifer has been dating John Miller on and off since 2015.

“It’s always a work in progress,” a source told Us Weekly in February 2020. “Things come up between them, but they are committed to doing the best they can for the kids. They stay on top of things and have a lot of meetings and check-ins. They want to be the best parents they can for the kids. If they have differences, they keep it to themselves and don’t let it have an impact. They always put on happy faces for the kids and put their well-being first.”

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner: The Way They Were

According to the insider, Jennifer has a “very specific” parenting plan, which Affleck continues to “respect.”

“She’s a great mom and knows what she’s doing,” the source shared with Us. “He gives her a lot of credit for getting them to where they are today as a family.”

In addition to his legendary music career, Frankie Valli is a father of six.

The Four Seasons frontman first became a father figure in 1957 when he married ex-wife Mary Mandel, who shared daughter Celia with a former partner. Valli and Mandel later welcomed two more children together before they divorced in 1971.

Valli went on to marry Mary Ann Hannigan. After eight years together, the pair separated, and Valli moved on with Randy Clohessy. The twosome welcomed three sons before they ultimately split in 2004.

The Grease singer has also weathered his fair share of tragedy. Celia died in 1980 after falling off a fire escape. Months later, Valli’s daughter Francine died of a drug overdose.

“To be very honest with you, sometimes I don’t know. It was a very tough period for me. You would think that as time went by it would get easier,” Valli told The Telegraph in a 2018 profile. “But it doesn’t. You should never lose a child.”

Nearly six years later, Valli was granted a protective order against his son Francesco. According to court documents obtained by People in May 2024, Valli’s son Emilio filed documents on behalf of himself and the musician, requesting that Francesco cease any contact with the family. Emilio claimed that Francesco repeatedly threatened him and Valli and allegedly stole his father’s personal belongings.

Toni is the eldest daughter of Valli and Mandel. Toni later married Gerry Polci, a member of her father’s Four Seasons band, in 1987.

“I first saw him when I was 15,” she previously told The New York Times in 1995. “I fell in love with him the first time I ever saw him. My father had been raving about him as a drummer — the best he had ever heard, he said — but when he saw how I felt about Gerry, my father said I wasn’t going to marry any musician.”

Toni and Polci welcomed children Olivia and Dario ahead of their eventual divorce. Olivia is a Broadway actress, who once played Mandel in a 2019 production of Jersey Boys.

Francine Valli

Valli and Mandel welcomed Francine in 1960. She died at the age of 20 in 1980 after an accidental drug overdose.

Francesco, born in 1988, is Valli’s first son with Clohessy. Like his niece Olivia, Francesco is an actor who appeared in Full House, The House Bunny and Reach Me.

Francesco’s brother Emilio filed a temporary restraining order against him in April 2024, claiming that Francesco was “addicted to opiates” and allegedly broke into Valli’s home to steal his belongings. A judge granted the order one month later, barring Francesco from having any contact with Valli and his siblings.

“Frankie is saddened by these unfortunate events and appreciates that his privacy will be respected as he works out these family issues,” a rep for the singer said in a statement at the time.

Kourtney Kardashian opened up about going back to work only a few months after giving birth.

Kardashian, 45, shared some behind-the-scenes photos via Instagram on Saturday, May 4, of a promotional shoot for the fifth season of The Kardashians on Hulu. In the caption, Kardashian revealed that she was only “3 months postpartum” in the photos after giving birth to her and husband Travis Barker’s son Rocky Thirteen, now 6 months.

“BTS shooting all the promos for our @kardashianshulu billboards n’ stuff for season 5! I was 3 months postpartum and not feeling quite ready for a big shoot like this where there’s lots and lots of people watching me all day,” she captioned a carousel of photos that showed her posing in a brown, off-the-shoulder dress.

“Even though my baby boy was with me all day on set it’s not the same when I’m covered in makeup, in high heels and wearing a dress versus our snuggly days at home in pajamas,” Kardashian added.

“Something I’ve been doing lately is shifting my mind set and thinking of the positives!” she wrote. “I am so blessed to be able to bring my baby to work. How fun to get to be glammed up when I’ve been home for months in pajamas. How blessed to get to work alongside my sisters and mom…we really have so much fun together! What a beautiful life!”

Kardashian has been candid about her postpartum journey in the public eye. Early last month, she shared another message for “new mommies” via Instagram about embracing her new body after giving birth. (Kardashian also shares three children — Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9 — with ex Scott Disick.)

“Your body is beautiful at all stages,” she wrote via Instagram on April 7. “During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find the hardest as our bodies are still adjusting. And if you’re breastfeeding, that’s a whole other part of it.”

Kardashian explained that she tries “to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal.” She added, “The pressure [sic] put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn’t realistic. Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder (for me too;).”

In February of this year, Kardashian also showed off her postpartum fashion, revealing that she is drawn to what’s “comfortable” after she welcomed Baby No. 4.

“Getting dressed postpartum while breastfeeding = throwing on an oversized coat, flat shoes pretty much always,” Kardashian shared via Instagram at the time, making it clear that she prioritizes comfort and outfits she can put on “super fast.”

“Less time away from my baby the better,” she wrote.

Jessie James Decker can’t help but thirst over her husband, Eric Decker — and we can’t blame her.

James Decker, 36, shared a clip via her Instagram Story on Sunday, May 5, of Decker, 37, in the distance folding laundry while shirtless. James Decker zoomed in on her husband as he folded the pile of clothes.

Toward the end of the video, Decker seemingly looked at his wife and noticed that he was being filmed. James Decker paired the clip with Marvin Gaye’s tune “Let’s Get It On.”

The couple — who tied the knot in 2013 — welcomed their fourth child, son Denver, in February. “Our beautiful boy is here 💙 Denver Calloway Decker 8.7 2/9/24 💙,” James Decker captioned an Instagram photo at the time of her and Decker with Denver in the hospital. James Decker and Decker also share daughter Vivianne, 10, and sons Eric Jr., 8, and Forrest, 5.

After Denver’s arrival, James Decker told Us Weekly that her three other kids couldn’t be happier to add another one to their brood.

“These past few weeks have been special! The kids are so in love with their new baby brother,” she said in March. “I knew the kids were going to be great with him, but I didn’t know they would be this amazing.”

James Decker gushed that she’s “just so proud” of her older kids’ adjustments to their new roles as big siblings. “They love and care so much about him,” she said.

As for whether they’re hoping to expand their family even further, James Decker teased that Denver will most likely be her and Decker’s last child. “We feel very complete as a family of 6 and all I will tell you is there is a date on the calendar coming up very soon,” she shared.

Jessie James Decker and Eric Decker's Family Photos

Later that month, Decker took to social media to share that he had gotten a vasectomy — and was on the mend. “I survived,” he wrote at the time.

After undergoing the medical sterilization procedure, Decker changed into a T-shirt that read: “Vasectomy survivor I kid you not.”

James Decker, for her part, recently got candid about not being in a rush to shed the extra pregnancy pounds in a “reminder” to herself and her social media followers.

“Be kind to yourself. Give yourself grace. We are healing after growing a human being for nine months,” she wrote via Instagram on Thursday, May 2. “And if you’re breast-feeding like me and your body needs to hold on to as much weight as possible to keep making milk, then let it.”

She continued, “Focus on that sweet new baby because that’s what it’s all about. Plenty of time to ‘get back’ when it’s time. But for now. Give yourself grace … you’re doing great and you got this girl! We are in this together.”

How Busy Philipps' Daughter Birdie Going to Boarding School 'Freed’ Up Bond

Busy Philipps is proud of eldest daughter Birdie’s “whole journey” at boarding school in Sweden.

“We have a really tight relationship and she’s very much like her mother in all kinds of ways and she’s super expressive, so it’s not as much of a typical teenager,” Philipps, 44, exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, May 1, while discussing Mental Health Awareness Month. “She’s been in boarding school this year abroad [and] it’s a whole journey. It was not my choice [for her to go]. I mean, it was her choice, but I mean, I encouraged her to [spread her wings].”

She added, “I think it’s really great for her to experience another culture and also it has freed our relationship up to being more about the fun things and less about ‘Clean your room,’ ‘Do your laundry,’ ‘Get out of bed’ [and] ‘Eat your vegetables.’ Now there’s someone else that’s doing that and so I just get kind of the fun stuff.”

Philipps shares Birdie, 16, with ex-husband Marc Silverstein, alongside youngest daughter Cricket, 10. In the midst of Birdie’s high school tenure, she enrolled at an institution located in Sweden. While Philipps is able to see Birdie “every day” via FaceTime, she does miss being able to “hold her” daughter.

Busy Philipps: Parenting Requires You to ‘Rely on Lots of People'

“She got really sick in the winter and not being there was really difficult,” Philipps told Us, referring to Birdie’s recent seizure that led to an epilepsy diagnosis. “So that all has been challenging. But also, I really am so proud of her and the person that she wants [to be]. She’s very independent like her mother. [And] especially given the pandemic and the last few years and what these kids have kind of experienced, they’ve spent enough time with their parents, [and] are like, ‘Can I be around some kids, please?’”

While Birdie is now thriving at her boarding school — and “doing really well” healthwise — Cricket continues to live at home in the United States with Philipps.

“Cricket is her own person with her own really unique interests and we’ll see what it all looks like for Cricket,” the Girls5Eva star said of her youngest daughter. Philipps also defended her decision to not frequently share updates of Cricket on social media. “I am more reticent to [post] about Cricket just because it’s not her thing. And so, I just really respect that. She’s like, ‘Let me be my own person,’ and I get it. I love that for her.”

Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox and More Former Couples Crushing Coparenting

In addition to coparenting her daughters with Silverstein, Philipps is prioritizing her own mental health and learning to adjust to her ADHD diagnosis.

“I mean, [my diagnosis has] changed everything,” she told Us. “My executive function skills have improved so greatly. I’m also so much more aware and able to prioritize because I think that’s a big piece of it too, that when everything feels sort of mixed up, it’s hard to know how to prioritize things in your brain.”

Emily Blunt Thanks Taylor Swift for Praising Her Self-Conscious Daughter

Emily Blunt is thanking Taylor Swift for a very special moment the singer shared with her oldest child.

The Oppenheimer star, 41, is an acknowledged Swiftie, and her daughters, Hazel, 10, and Violet, 7, have met Swift, 34. During an appearance on the Monday, April 29, episode of SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show, Blunt recalled when the 14-time Grammy winner uplifted Hazel at a time when she needed a boost in confidence.

“She was so nice to my kids,” Blunt said. “My oldest kid has just cut all of her hair off, this very short haircut that she was very self-conscious about. And Taylor Swift goes, ‘God, look at you, you’re just this ‘60s Beatnik cool kid. I love your style.'”

“I thought my child was going to faint,” Blunt continued. “It was the best thing anyone has done for my child.”

When Stern responded, “That’s so sweet that she did that,” Blunt added, “She’s really cool, yeah, she’s very cool.”

Blunt shares Hazel and Violet with her husband, John Krasinski, whom she married in July 2010.

Blunt’s love for Swift is prevalent in her upcoming movie, The Fall Guy, in which she stars opposite Ryan Gosling. In a very tender moment in the film, which premieres on Friday, May 3, Gosling, 43, cries to Swift’s breakup anthem “All Too Well” while sitting in a car alongside Blunt’s character, Jody Moreno.

Earlier this month, Gosling admitted to being deep in his feelings crying to the song, and joked that he was totally taken by surprise that the vulnerable moment made it in the movie.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt Are a Red Hot Duo at 2023 Albie Awards

“That was actually just me,” Gosling quipped to Entertainment Tonight in an interview published Tuesday, April 23. “I didn’t know they were filming.”

The Fall Guy is based on the 1980s television series of the same name which starred Lee Majors. In the film version, Gosling portrays past-his-prime stuntman Colt Seavers, with Blunt playing a former camera operator-turned-director who also happens to be Colt’s ex-girlfriend.

In describing the Swiftie moment from the film, Blunt joked that she couldn’t get Gosling “out of his emotions in that scene,” adding that the song was “so perfect.”

Swift originally released “All Too Well” on her fourth studio album, Red, in 2012. Following a dispute regarding the ownership of her masters, Swift re-recorded the song as “Taylor’s Version” and released a “10 Minute Version” as part of her November 2021 re-released album, Red (Taylor’s Version).

Celebrities on Their Favorite Taylor Swift Era or Song: Ryan Gosling, More

Last month, Gosling and Blunt performed their own version of “All Too Well” when the Barbie star hosted Saturday Night Live for the third time on April 13 to promote The Fall Guy.

“Don’t worry, I’m not gonna make any jokes about Ken,” he teased at the top of the show, referring to his character from Barbie. “Because it’s not funny. Ken and I … we had to break up.”

Gosling said he got in “too deep” with Ken, adding that leaving the character behind felt like the end of a relationship. “And for processing a breakup, there’s really only one thing that can help,” he continued. “The music of the great Taylor Swift.”

After watching the SNL performance, Swift was full of praise.

“All Too Well (Ryan and Emily’s Version) !!!” the 14-time Grammy winner wrote via her Instagram Story on Sunday, April 14, alongside a clip from the episode. “Watch me accidentally catch myself singing this version on tour. This monologue is EVERYTHING.”

Julia Fox Says She Wants Her Son to 'Own' Being a Nepo Baby

Julia Fox has zero qualms about her son being a nepo baby – in fact, she wants him to be proud of being born into the industry.

“I feel like by [hiding your kids] it’s almost like a disservice,” she told Variety in a new profile published Monday, April 29. “It’s like I have this very highly coveted thing, I want to share that with my son. We need him to be a nepo baby, and he needs to, like, own it, too. He can’t be like, ‘I’m not really a nepo baby,’ he needs to be like, ‘Yes I’m a nepo baby, and what?’”

By definition, a nepo baby is a “notable or powerful person, such as a celebrity or politician, with a parent who is also notable or powerful, especially one whose industry connections are perceived as essential to their success.”

The Uncut Gems actress explained to Variety that despite Valentino, 3, being a nepo baby, she also makes sure he maintains a relatively normal life; she doesn’t depend on a nanny, is on an email chain with parents from his daycare and even invites other kids over to their home for playdates. She currently lives in a four-story home in Harlem with her best friend and boyfriend, whom she called “the man in Valentino’s life.” (Fox shares Valentino with ex-husband Peter Artemiev. The former spouses were married from 2018 to 2020.)

“He’s a really good example of masculinity,” she explained. “He’s very comfortable in his masculinity and is definitely the best role model I could have ever chosen for Valentino because I don’t want him to grow up aggressively macho like some other men in his vicinity are.”

Fox added, “The family unit in this country is really disintegrating so we have to find new ways to remedy that. Chosen family is the best. It’s better than biological family.”

David Hasselhoff's Daughter Hayley Joins In on 'Nepo Baby' Debate

Fox kept her pregnancy and her son’s birth a secret until she announced his arrival by sharing snaps from her nude maternity photo shoot in February 2021, one month after Valentino was born.

“Right after the shoot I went to the hospital and had my precious baby boy,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “My forever valentine, Valentino. Born on January 17th, 2021. The best day of my life.”

Jana Kramer has identified as a Swiftie at times, but her 8-year-old daughter, Jolie, isn’t on the Taylor Swift bandwagon.

“Jolie is not a fan, which is so interesting, because I didn’t know this,” Kramer, 40, said during the Sunday, April 28, episode of her “Whine Down” podcast.

Kramer, who is a singer herself, recalled Jolie being at a birthday party and asking, “Mom, is it OK that I don’t like Taylor Swift?”

Courtney Love and More of Taylor Swift’s Biggest Critics

The actress remembered thinking it was “crazy” that the topic never came up and that she hadn’t told Jolie it’s fine to have your own favorites.

“I was like, ‘Honey, 1,000 percent you can like whoever you like,’” Kramer continued. She reminded Jolie that “just because she’s super famous and everyone loves her does not mean you have to love her too.”

Kramer, who shares Jolie and son Jace, 5, with ex-husband Mark Caussin, confessed that she felt the same way about The Beatles phenomenon. (Kramer is also the mother of son Roman, whom she welcomed with fiancé Allan Russell in November 2023.)

“I didn’t like The Beatles because everyone liked The Beatles. I always kinda go opposite,” Kramer told her cohosts and listeners.

When it comes to Swift, 34, Kramer explained that she goes through phases. “Allan always makes fun of me, he’s like, ‘You’re obsessed with Taylor Swift,’” she said. “I do like some of her songs. 100 percent. I’m not going to deny that.”

Kramer admitted she wasn’t the biggest fan of Swift’s latest The Tortured Poets Department double album, but her stage presence is undeniable.

Jana Kramer and Ex Mike Caussin Celebrate Daughter Jolie's 8th Birthday

“I think she’s an insane entertainer. … She’s very calculated,” she said of Swift, who dropped TTPD earlier this month. “I don’t love the new album. I kinda got a little bored. I still respect her as an artist.”

The One Tree Hill alum pointed to Swift’s diss track about Kim Kardashian called “thanK you aIMee” as one of her least favorites.

“I just think she’s better than that to have a dig song,” Kramer confessed, referring to Swift’s alleged lyrics about her past feud with Kardashian, 43, which began with Kardashian backing her now ex-husband Kanye West after he publicly humiliated Swift.

Some of Swift’s lyrics compare Kardashian a.k.a. “Aimee” to a high school bully after the reality star sided with West, 46, and hinted that Swift was a snake. In her new song, Swift sings about someone who “threatens to push me down the stairs” and laughed at “each baby step I’d take” to try and succeed.

“Taylor has moved on and is not looking back,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month about the diss track. “The song is her final word.”

Kardashian and Swift have been at odds since she allegedly released an illegally recorded conversation between Swift and West. The recording was about West’s 2016 song “Famous,” in which he claims he made “that bitch famous” after interrupting Swift’s MTV VMAs speech years prior.

What Really Went Down Between Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian?

Swift later accused Kardashian of not releasing the full version of the phone conversation, which Swift claimed proved she never signed off on West using her name or story in his track.

“A lot of people jumped on Kim’s bandwagon. I can only imagine how that affected Taylor,” Kramer said on Sunday, noting that Swift bringing the drama to the surface felt unnecessary. “Now, I feel like Taylor is bigger of a star. Why bring it back up again? You’ve lessened your power a little bit. [That] is how I perceive it.”

Kramer, meanwhile, admitted that many artists keep going back to trauma to produce hit songs. “I wrote a million cheating songs,” she said, referring to her ex-husband’s infidelity and their eventual divorce in 2021.

Andy Cohen Celebrates ‘Smart’ and ‘Funny’ Daughter Lucy’s 2nd Birthday

Andy Cohen is a proud father of two, welcoming Ben and Lucy in 2019 and 2022, respectively.

“When I was growing up, and when we were growing up … I just never thought it would be possible as a gay man to grow up and have a family,” Cohen told BFF Anderson Cooper in December 2018 on New Year’s Eve. “And here we are in 2018, almost ‘19, and anything’s possible. And I’m so grateful to a wonderful surrogate that I’m working with.”

Weeks later in February 2019, Ben was born.

While the Emmy winner had hinted that he wanted to expand his family as Ben got older, he didn’t announce that he was expecting a daughter until Lucy’s arrival in late April 2022.

“Meet my daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen! She’s 8 pounds 13 oz and was born at 5:13 pm in New York City!!!” he wrote at the time via Instagram. “Her big brother can’t wait to meet her! Thank you to my rock star surrogate (ALL surrogates are rockstars, by the way) and everyone who helped make this miracle happen. I’m so happy.”

Nicole Kidman’s Family Guide: Meet Her Kids With Keith Urban, Tom Cruise

Nicole Kidman’s greatest role isn’t on the big or small screen. Instead, it’s being the best mom possible to her four children.

“I just always wanted a child,” Nicole, 56, told Vogue Australia in December 2017. “I think from a very early age, I wanted a child. I knew that I was going to have a child and that it didn’t matter [how], I actually didn’t know if I was ever going to give birth to a child. So that was the least of it for me. And what I did first was adopt.”

In 1993, the Big Little Lies actress became a mom for the first time when she and her first husband Tom Cruise adopted their daughter, Bella. A few years later, the pair adopted son Connor into their family.

After the couple divorced in 2001, Kidman went on to find love with country singer and fellow Australian Keith Urban. The pair married in 2016 and welcomed daughters Sunday and Faith.

Tom Cruise’s Dating History: A Look Back at His A-List Romances

“If it were the choice between my family and Keith, and my career, I wouldn’t even bat an eyelid,” she told The Australia Women’s Weekly in June 2014. “The most important things to me are the love of our relationship and my children. At this stage of my life, and with time being so precious, the joy I get from us as a family outweighs any joy in any other area of my life, by far.”

Tom, 61, and Nicole adopted daughter Bella shortly after her birth in December 1992.

“From the minute Tom and I were married, I wanted to have babies,” Nicole told Vanity Fair in 2007. “And we lost a baby early on, so that was really very traumatic. And that’s when we would adopt [our daughter] Bella.”

While she was raised outside of the spotlight, Bella graduated from West London’s Delmar Academy of Make-up and Hair, before transitioning to a career in fashion.

Although Bella has an active Instagram, followers shouldn’t expect her to share family moments. Instead, it’s primarily dedicated to her art.

“Her go-to medium was pen and paper for most of her life,” her website states. “However, she is now venturing into other formats and mediums. Including digital. Which has been a bit of a game changer in her opinion. We hope you dig it.”

Connor Cruise, 29

Nicole and Tom, who wed in 1990, adopted their second child just after his birth in January 1995. In 2008, Connor got a glimpse of the Hollywood spotlight when he starred alongside Will Smith in the drama Seven Pounds. As a teenager, he briefly explored DJ gigs and released a single before making Florida his home.

Although Nicole and Tom divorced six years after their wedding, the actress expressed gratitude for the relationship and the family they created. “I got married really fast and really young,” she told Who Magazine in 2012. “But I don’t regret that because it got me Bella and Connor and I did have a fantastic marriage for a long period.”

According to People, Connor currently resides in the Sunshine State where he fishes and focuses on his barbecuing business, Connor’s Meatshack. “Connor has a pretty simple life in Clearwater,” a source told the publication. “He lives in his own home in a Scientology community. His life is deep-sea fishing. He has a lot of friends and seems very well-liked.”

Named in honor of the Australian patron of the arts, Sunday Reed, Sunday was born in July 2008 and spent much of her childhood with parents Nicole and Keith, 56, in Tennessee. “My daughters are Nashvillians! They have a southern drawl,” Nicole told People in 2016. “They have some Aussie. They have an unusual mix. They’re hybrids.”

Nicole has dropped hints that Sunday is interested in following in mom’s footsteps. In addition to showing an interest in directing, she’s also participated in theater.

“My daughter just got cast in her school play,” Nicole told E! News in January 2017. “So, that’s been the main priority, learning lines with her.”

Celebrities Who Secretly Welcomed Children

And for those who wanted a season 3 of Big Little Lies, Sunday may be responsible for making it possible.

“She has a very good understanding of things and life, so she was hand-held through it,” Nicole revealed to Vogue Australia in January 2024. “She was like, ‘No. There’s no more discussion. The third series has to happen … I’m sick of the talk. Sick of circling it. Just get it done.’”

Faith Margaret Kidman Urban, 13

In December 2010, Nicole and Keith surprised fans when they welcomed Faith via gestational surrogate.

It wasn’t until April 2024, however, when Faith and her older sister made their red carpet debut at the AFI Life Achievement Award Gala, where their mom was the evening’s honoree.

In an interview with Today, Nicole expressed hopes that she was raising her daughters to be outspoken and strong. “So much is stepping aside and letting them become who they are,” she explained. “I don’t know if I’m teaching that as much as giving them their voices. I let them negotiate so they get a sense of who they are and what they can achieve and accomplish.”

Why Halle Bailey and DDG Don’t Split Finances Equally

DDG explained why he and girlfriend Halle Bailey don’t split their finances equally.

“I think 50/50 is cool when it comes to … nah, not 50/50,” the rapper, 26, said on a Friday, April 26, episode of “The Shade Room” podcast. “I pay for a lot of stuff. I don’t think 50/50 is a thing when you have money. Me and her have money so it’s a little different.”

The interviewer brought up couple Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade as an example of a couple who split things such as household bills down the middle. DDG shrugged in response, saying, “Yeah, but if it ain’t hurting your pockets, then why is it a problem?”

The “She Don’t Play” rapper added, “For the most part, as a man, you know she will never pay for dinner, she will never pay for an Uber or trips and flights and stuff. I feel like that’s definitely my job. When it comes to our child, it’s a little different. We might split a night nurse here and there, you know what I mean? It ain’t even about the money, it’s just the principle, you know? The baby [is] 50/50.”

Halle Bailey and Boyfriend DDG's Relationship Timeline

DDG (real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.) and Bailey welcomed their son Halo in December 2023 after the couple went public with their romance in March 2022. When it comes to the baby, however, there is one thing that DDG doesn’t want them to share evenly.

“I’m his stylist. I made sure I told Halle that was my job,” he told “The Shade Room” on Friday. “We collaborate now, but when it comes to popping out to special events like playdates, I feel like that’s where I come in and put together the best outfits for him.”

“I got him a chain! It comes tomorrow. It’s a bustdown diamond chain, all real. Me and the jeweler came up with a logo together. It’s like the letter H with a halo on top of it,” the rapper gushed. “He has my last name so I kind of wanted him to have something of Halle’s, so it’s like H-A -L is hers and H-A-L is his. It looks the same if you put Halle and Halo next to each other.”

Halle Bailey’s Style Evolution: Her Best Looks

The “I’m Geekin’” artist added that he was “excited” to have a baby, saying that he “always wanted to have a kid.” However, he noted that he “didn’t feel like a parent” until Halo was born. DDG further praised Bailey as the mother of his child.

“She’s just very very caring and helpful,” he said. “She’s very nice and my biggest thing with her is that she is very funny. We are very relatable in that way. We can laugh for hours, and I feel like she doesn’t show that a lot. When we went on our first date, she was carrying the conversation.”

Hilary Duff is taking a moment to appreciate her sweet family of five before she gives birth to baby No. 4.

Duff, 36, shared a carousel of photos via Instagram on Friday, April 26, that featured her husband, Matthew Koma, their two daughters, Banks and Mae, and Duff’s son, Luca, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie.

“Some random pics of the [five] of us before that changes foreverrrrr,” Duff captioned the adorable slideshow, where her baby bump was displayed in several snapshots.

Duff announced her pregnancy in December 2023, and she is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her little one. The former Lizzie McGuire star is ready to expand her brood and told her Instagram followers on April 21 that she would no longer be responding to questions about whether she’s given birth.

Hilary Duff and Matthew Koma’s Relationship Timeline

“Hi friends — This is meant in the kindest tone (I promise) … I am no longer responding to texts or dm’s about ‘when baby is coming’!” Duff wrote via her Instagram Story. “I know everyone is checking in with love and humor, however, trust me … nobody wants it more than me!!!!!”

She continued: “Babies come when they are ready. I am trying my best to be patient! The days are long and uncomfortable. Promise I will let you know.”

The How I Met Your Father actress has been using natural methods to move things along, including acupuncture.

“Pretty slow week around here. And gently trying to give baby the eviction notice,” she joked via Instagram on April 16, posting one photo that showed her undergoing an acupuncture treatment with five needles sticking out of her face.

Disney Channel Original Movie Leading Ladies: Where Are They Now?

Duff reflected on the “wild choice” of having a fourth child while praising Koma, 36, for his unwavering support.

“And while you rage the farmers market with the kids after four nights of shows and late nights so I can get some sleep and not hear mom mom mama mommy mooooom just know this only works because of you,” she wrote for Koma via Instagram on April 7. “Also on a separate note … Why can I sleep during the day this late in pregnancy and not at night.”

Duff met her now-husband when she recruited his help for her fifth studio album, Breathe In. Breathe Out., in 2015. At the time, she was separated from former hockey player Comrie, now 43.

Duff and Koma welcomed their first daughter, Banks, in October 2018, and they wed the following year in 2019. Their second daughter, Mae, was born in March 2021.

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves' Kids Are All Grown Up on Red Carpet

Matthew McConaughey and his wife, Camila Alves, made a rare appearance with their kids for a good cause.

The couple, who share sons Levi, 15, and Livingston, 11, and daughter Vida, 14, attended the 12th annual Mack, Jack & McConaughey Gala on Thursday, April 25, in Austin, Texas.

McConaughey, 54, donned a navy suit and Alves, 41, wore a black dress, while Levi and Livingston were impeccably dressed in black suits. Vida, for her part, looked all grown up in a pink gown.

The annual fundraising event is cofounded by McConaughey, country singer Jack Ingram and college football coach Mack Brown and benefits nonprofits dedicated to empowering children.

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves’ Family Album

The charity has contributed more than $41 million to various organizations since its inception, according to the Mack, Jack & McConaughey website.

McConaughey and Alves, who tied the knot in 2012, were last seen on the red carpet with their children in 2021 when they attended the Los Angeles premiere of his animated film Sing 2.

The family of five has relocated from California to Texas, a decision Alves shed light on earlier this year while speaking to Southern Living.

“We were living a happy life in Malibu,” Alves explained in March. “We had a beautiful house that we’d built together and put a lot of love and care into. We were raising our kids there. I was growing everything in the yard. I had bees making honey.”

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves' Rare Quotes About Their 3 Kids

Alves, however, noted that the “gravity is very different in Texas” than California.

“‘You want to move here, don’t you?’” she recalled asking her husband at the time, to which he responded, “‘Yep.’”

McConaughey and Alves have largely kept their family life out of the spotlight, but the proud parents have given rare glimpses of their kids via social media for special occasions. In January, McConaughey shared a sweet birthday message for his daughter.

“To Vida, who never passed a flower she didn’t pick, Happy Birthday,” he wrote via Instagram at the time.”A day late because my mobile device flew out of my pocket on the roller coaster loop at her birthday yesterday!”

Julia Roberts Says No Phones Are Allowed at Her Dinner Table

When Levi turned 15 in July 2023, Alves and McConaughey’s birthday present was granting him permission to join social media. Alves confessed to feeling “a little nervous” about the decision in an Instagram video.

McConaughey, however, told his Instagram followers that they would be introduced to “a very cool and respectful young man.”

He continued: “Levi, enjoy the adventure, sharing your story and expressing yourself and exchanging with the people out there.”

While Alves is known as the disciplinarian, McConaughey confessed during a 2020 interview with Town & Country that he is “the yes guy” in the family.

“Sometimes loving your kids means giving them just what they want. Other times, it means tough love,” he said at the time. “Affluent people can give their kids everything they want, but they’re not usually going to get what they need. Loving a child is a lot harder if you really give a damn.”

Madonna Praises Her ‘Talented’ Kids Who've Learned to 'Work Hard'

Madonna is taking a moment to celebrate her kids.

The pop icon, 65, is currently on tour with four of her six children: son David, 18, and daughter Mercy, also 18, and twin daughters Stella and Estere, 11. She took to Instagram on Thursday, April 25, to give them a shout-out for their hard work throughout the process.

“On the day before our 80th show of the Celebration Tour, I need to acknowledge my incredibly talented children who carried me through this Journey each of them bringing their own unique talent to the stage,” she wrote alongside several photos from the tour, including a snap of her playing guitar with David and another of her embracing David, Stella and Estere in a group hug.

She continued: “Rehearsals began over a year ago with almost a 2 month break waiting for me [to] recover from a near death experience. They never stopped practicing … they never stopped cheering me on and supporting me. There [sic] enthusiasm kept me Going!!! They were also going to school and rehearsing every night. I am so very proud of all of them.”

Like a Mama! Get to Know Madonna’s 6 Children

Madonna developed a serious bacterial infection in June 2023 and was put into a medically induced coma. In the wake of the health scare, the singer pushed The Celebration Tour’s previously announced October 2023 start date to December. She addressed the “near-death experience” at one of her performances at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, last month.

“It was pretty scary. Obviously, I didn’t know for four days, because I was in an induced coma. But when I woke up, the first word I said was, ‘No.’ Anyway, that’s what my assistant tells me,” she told the crowd, per Variety.

Not one to let a health crisis slow her down — she also told the audience that she has “fallen off a lot of horses and broken a lot of bones” — Madonna hit the road with her kids in December 2023.

“I think what my children learned the most this year of rehearsing and performing is that if you [want] to follow your dreams, you have to work hard for them,” she continued in Thursday’s Instagram caption. “ And if all of them choose something different later in life, they will never forget this year of blood, sweat, and tears. Nor will I. It’s a CELEBRATION!”

Madonna Through the Years: Pop Stardom, Motherhood and More

Madonna also shares daughter Lourdes, 27, with ex Carlos Leon and son Rocco, 23, with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie. Her other four children are adopted.

The Grammy winner has praised her children for having her back when she got sick last summer.

“As a mother you can really get caught up In the needs of your children and the seemingly endless giving. But when the chips were down my children really showed up for me,” she wrote via Instagram in July 2023 alongside photos of herself with David and Lourdes. “I saw a side to them I had never seen before. It made all the difference.”

'Today' Hosts' Families Steal the Show on Take Your Kid to Work Day

It was a family affair on the Thursday, April 25, episode of Today.

The hosts and crew of the NBC morning show brought their children out to 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City for a special occasion. “That’s the future right there,” Savannah Guthrie stated while greeting the group of kids. “It’s Take Your Kids to Work Day here at NBC and we’ve got so many great kids, kids of our tech crew, our producers, on-air correspondents.”

Among the episodes’ adorable guests were Hoda Kotb’s daughters, Haley, 7, and Hope, 4, whom she shares with ex-fiancé Joel Schiffman, Craig Melvin’s 10-year-old son, Delano, and Dylan Dreyer’s eldest son, Calvin, 7. (Melvin, 44, shares Delano and daughter Sybil, 7, with his wife, Lindsay Czarniak. In addition to Calvin, Dreyer, 42, and her husband, Brian Fichera, are the parents of sons Oliver, 4, and Rusty, 2.)

Delano and Calvin took over for their parents at the top of the third hour of Today, opening the episode alongside Al Roker and Sheinelle Jones. “It’s Take Your Kids to Work Day,” Delano told the camera, after which Calvin quipped, “Hey, this doesn’t seem so hard.”

Melvin and Dreyer went on to praise their kids’ TV talents, with Dreyer joking, “Craig and I are stage moms off on the side. I’m like, ‘Speak up, sit up tall.’” After the show, Dreyer shared a sweet dressing room selfie with Calvin via Instagram, writing, “Take your kid to work day!!! Calvin got the special honors!!”

Kotb, 59, and Jenna Bush Hager also kicked off Thursday’s Today With Hoda & Jenna by highlighting Haley and more of their coworkers’ children. When asked what her favorite part of the day had been so far, Haley told the cohosting duo, “That I get to see Mommy.”

Despite the compliment, Bush Hager, 42, hilariously turned the tables on Kotb. “Haley, can I ask you a question? Who’s the boss, me or Mommy?” she asked Haley, who hilariously answered, “You.”

“This has been happening all day,” Kotb reacted before asking her daughter, “Are you positive? Because you know you live with me. You don’t live with Jenna.” Bush Hager followed up by offering to have Haley stay with her for the weekend.

Bush Hager shares kids Mila, 11, Poppy, 8, and Hal, 4, with her husband, Henry Hager. While her little ones did not appear on the show, she went on to praise NBC for providing fun Take Your Kid to Work Day activities for the talent and crew’s children. “There’s make your own totes,” she shared. “Do you know that Read with Jenna has their own library where you can go relax and read? I didn’t know that.”

Before Haley joined her mom on set, Kotb took a brief break from the show earlier this month in order to attend her daughter’s school recital. “Haley yesterday said, ‘Are you coming to my spring concert?’ And I was like, ‘When is it?’ She goes, ‘It’s tomorrow.’ Well, tomorrow’s today,” Kotb shared on April 18 while explaining how she rushed to the event in between the second and fourth hour of Today.

Calling the recital “so beautiful,” Kotb said she was glad to be there to support Haley before having to dash back to 30 Rock. “Then at 9, straight up, 8:45 to 9, it’s over. We had a pre-tape at 9:25. I said to [my driver] Eddie, ‘Let’s flow,’” she stated.

Jodie Turner-Smith is not here for the pressure placed on moms.

Turner-Smith, 37, took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, April 23, to share a video, which read, “Whoever normalized women being ‘fully healed and recovered’ by six weeks postpartum … lied.”

Alongside the social media post, Turner-Smith added her own commentary, writing, “I understand the pressure to ‘snap back’ but the reality is: that it is *completely* impossible. Your body must go through its own journey and being a portal for a new soul is an enormously physical, emotional and spiritual task!!!”

She continued: “Be kind to yourself mamas. And don’t let anyone make you think you should be back to ‘normal’ 2 seconds after giving birth.”

Turner-Smith welcomed her daughter in April 2020 with then-husband Joshua Jackson. Jackson, 45, and Turner-Smith initially sparked romance rumors in 2018. Us Weekly broke the news in December 2019 that they quietly tied the knot.

In October 2023, Turner-Smith filed for divorce after four years of marriage. In her petition, Turner-Smith cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed September 13, 2023, as the pair’s date of separation.

A source told Us at the time that Jackson was “caught off guard” by Turner-Smith’s filing.

“They had their issues, as many couples do — especially two busy actors who are also juggling a child,” the insider shared about Turner-Smith’s “decision” to call it quits. “Joshua obviously didn’t realize it was this bad, that Jodie was this unhappy.”

According to a second source, however, Turner-Smith’s choice didn’t come out of nowhere. “She refused to settle for something that didn’t feel right,” the insider noted. “[It] wasn’t working for her, so she ripped off the Band-Aid.”

Turner-Smith broke her silence on the split earlier this year. “Sometimes things we really want to work just don’t end up working,” she told the U.K.’s The Times in February. “And that’s OK. The most important thing is that you choose what’s healthiest for you and your family and definitely your children.”

At the time, Turner-Smith explained why she didn’t see her marriage as “a failure,” adding, “There are so many different moments in our life where we look at ourselves and say, ‘Who am I and am I being true to that?’ If the answer is no, then you have to make a move because I believe that there are visible scars from staying in places that are not good for us. And they don’t just affect us, they affect everybody around us.”

Jackson has yet to publicly address the breakup. He has been linked to Lupita Nyong’o since late last year when they were spotted spending time together after her split from boyfriend Selema Masekela.

Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith’s Romance: The Way They Were

“Joshua and Lupita have been dating for a very short while now. They’re focusing on keeping their relationship under the radar as much as possible,” a source told Us in December 2023. “Things are very new but going really well so far.”

Turner-Smith, meanwhile, hasn’t gone public with any new romances. On her first Valentine’s Day after the breakup, Turner-Smith celebrated with her mother and daughter.

“The best Valentine’s yet!!! Thank you so much, you know who you are !!! About last night,” she wrote via Instagram. “To the women in my life who love me deeply and profoundly, I’m so grateful for you!!!!!!”
