According to documents obtained by The Blast, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are allowed to continue their divorce settlement negotiations. The judge is now giving them 30 days to make a move, or they will dismiss their case for lack of prosecution.

This comes after Turner petitioned to "reactivate" the divorce process and after the proceedings were temporarily paused while the former couple were mediating to negotiate property and child custody arrangements.

In September 2023, Joe Jonas, 34, began the legal steps to end his marriage to Sophie Turner in Miami. With four years of marriage behind them, he cited irreconcilable differences, stating that "the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken."

“After four years of wonderful marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,” their joint statement read. “There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”

Now, per new documents obtained by The Blast, Joe Jonas has filed a notice of continued settlement negotiations and states as follows: Both Jonas and Turner "attended four days of mediation during the week of October 2, 2023, and four additional days of mediation during the week of December 18, 2023."

Both Turner and Jonas "have reached various agreements and continue to pursue an amicable resolution of all issues in this matter."

The documents add, "The undersigned files this notice in compliance with the Order to Progress Case dated May 13, 2024. The undersigned requests the Court allow the parties to continue settlement negotiations. If, pursuant to the Order to Progress Case, the parties are required to file an additional pleading, let this notice service as a request for a case management conference."

Joe Jonas And Sophie Turner Have Messy Divorce

According to sources close to The Blast, the Jonas Brothers band member was separated from Sophie Turner for "several months" before he hired a divorce attorney to make their breakup official.

Additionally, multiple sources claimed that Jonas had been “less than supportive” of the actress, who was allegedly “struggled” after the birth of their second child. TMZ reported, "After their youngest child was born a year ago July, Sophie didn't want to leave their home…. She didn't want to be photographed or go to events. Nevertheless, she attended several events with Joe, but at one specific event, several people who were there said Sophie made it clear she was uncomfortable and didn't want to be there.”

After much back and forth, Turner and Jonas eventually reached a temporary arrangement concerning the custody of their two daughters, 3-year-old Willa and 15-month-old Delphine (at the time.)

"After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the UK. We look forward to being great co-parents," Turner and Jonas said in a joint statement at the time.

According to Teen Vogue, "the children will spend time with either parent for a predetermined period of time, after which they'll be returned to the other parent by either Turner or Jonas themselves or their nanny. The children are allowed to travel with their parent during their custody period, so the children can fly to the U.K. with Turner if needed."

“After multiple conversations with Sophie, Joe initiated divorce proceedings in Florida, as Florida is the appropriate jurisdiction for the case. Sophie was aware that Joe was going to file for divorce,” the statement read, per TMZ.

“The Florida Court has already entered an order that restricts both parents from relocating the children. Sophie was served with this order on September 6, 2023, more than two weeks ago," their report added.

“Joe is seeking shared parenting with the kids so that they are raised by both their mother and father, and is of course also okay with the kids being raised both in the U.S. and the U.K.,” the statement added, per Teen Vogue. "The children were born in the U.S. and have spent the vast majority of their lives in the U.S. They are American citizens."

Others accused producers of sexual harassment and assault, including Drake Bell, who alleged Brian Peck, a former voice coach at Nickelodeon, assaulted him numerous times.

He then recalled when the abuse began. “I was sleeping on the couch where I would usually sleep, and I woke up to him, I opened my eyes, I woke up, and he was sexually assaulting me," he revealed. "And I froze and was in complete shock and had no idea what to do or how to react, and I had no idea how to get out of the situation."

He added, “You know anytime I had an audition or anytime I needed to work on dialogue or anything, I somehow ended up back at Brian’s house, and it just got worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and I was just trapped. I had no way out. The abuse was extensive and it got pretty brutal.”

She then called out Layla Rose, the president and CEO of the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA organizations, accusing her of being "generally inaccessible for communication" and not offering her support.

"At future events, the organization neglected its responsibility to provide a chaperone and/or traveling companion entirely, and I was alone," Voigt claimed in the letter.

The Miss USA Organization and Layla Rose issued a statement following the news.

"We respect and support Noelia's decision to step down from her duties. The well-being of our titleholders is a top priority, and we understand her need to prioritize herself at this time," they wrote in their joint statement. "We are currently reviewing plans for the transition of responsibilities to a successor, and we will soon announce the crowning of the new Miss USA."

Miss Teen USA 2023 Resigns

Miss Teen USA 2023, Umasofia Srivastava, also announced her resignation from her position.

"After careful consideration, I've decided to resign as I find that my personal values no longer fully align with the direction of the organization," Srivastava wrote in part.

"Thank you to everyone who has supported me these past two years. It has truly been an honor to represent you all," she continued. "While this was certainly not how I saw my reign coming to a close, I am excited to continue my advocacy for education and acceptance, start applying to colleges, and share some exciting new projects on That’s Fan Behavior with those of you who plan to stick around."

"At the end of the day, I am so lucky to have had the privilege of this experience, but if this is just a chapter, I know that the story of my life will truly be incredible," she concluded.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison after she pled guilty to co-conspiring her mother's murder, has shared a Mother's Day post.

The 32-year-old acknowledged that her biological mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, is not alive but still "thinks the best of her."

"So today is Mother's Day and I wanted to make a video basically celebrating the really strong and wonderful women that I have in my life," Gypsy began in her eight-minute long TikTok video.

The ex-convict turned off the comments on her video because she doesn't want "to hear any negative bullsh-t."

"If you want to talk sh-t about me, by all means, I don't give a f," she stated. "Go do it on your own platform, but I'm not going to see it in my comments, okay?"

She then went on to say, "It does not go without notice that my own biological mother is not here to celebrate Mother's Day, and what I choose to feel on Mother's Day regarding my own mother is that I think the best of her."

"I think about the good times," she continued. "I think about her as not what she did to me but, I think about her as a person."

"Do I think that was she a good mom? No. Do I think she was the best mom in the world? No, but she was still my mom, so what I choose to feel about her, whether that be guilt, anger, grief, resentment, whatever that's mine to feel, no one can take away my feelings about my own mother," the ex-convict added.

As The Blast previously reported, Dee Dee Blanchard is believed to have had Munchausen syndrome by proxy, a mental health disorder where a caregiver, typically a mother, fabricates or induces illness in a dependent person, often a child.

"I always had this stuffed animal or a Barbie doll, [and Dee Dee would] just tell me [to] 'play with your Barbie doll and when the doctor comes to examine me, just stay in the wheelchair; be calm; play with your doll, and don't move your legs'," she previously explained of her childhood.

Through a series of fabricated illnesses, including leukemia, sleep apnea, and muscular dystrophy, Dee Dee convinced doctors and the public that Gypsy required constant care and specialized equipment like a wheelchair.

She went on to say she chooses "to remember her for the good that was in her heart that I actually believe was there," and she's been working on "years of forgiveness."

"I hope that she is in Heaven and I hope that to some degree I make her proud of at least some of the achievements that I made in my life," she said.

Gypsy admitted she has "many" regrets, "but nobody's going to be able to tell me things about myself that I don't already know."

"I will say a prayer for her today and I will remember the good that was inside of her, whether that be extremely deep or not. So I'll say a prayer," she said.

Gypsy then mentioned her stepmom, Kristy, who has been the "biggest advocate for my freedom, my growth, me and my stepmom have a really close bond."

"She has always stood beside me," Gypsy added. "Whether I made wrong choices, right choices, she might not always agree with my choices, but she does what she can to guide me as a mother figure."

"Also, there is Ken's mom, Reina. I met Ken's mom in person in 2019. She came to visit me ... and she's been such an accepting person of me. I never thought that I would be accepted for who I am," Gypsy added. "She goes to bat for me like in lives and social media, she will defend me. She calls me out on if Im doing something wrong, but she defends who I am as a person."

"She's just all around a good mom," Gypsy continued.

Melissa Barrera says Jenna Ortega supported her after the 'Scream' franchise fired her due to her "antisemitic" social media posts.

As The Blast previously reported, Spyglass, the company behind 'Scream 7', announced that it has "zero tolerance for antisemitism" and Barrera would not return to the horror movie franchise.

Following her firing, Barrera received support from many of her costars, including her on-screen sister Jenna Ortega.

After seeing the post, Spyglass released a statement. “We have zero tolerance for antisemitism or the incitement of hate in any form, including false references to genocide, ethnic cleansing, Holocaust distortion, or anything that flagrantly crosses the line into hate speech,” the company said.

Jenna Ortega Supports Melissa Barrera After She Was Fired

When speaking with ScreenRant, Barrera reflected on the “super sweet” support she received from Ortega after Spyglass fired her from the franchise.

"We talked a lot when it went down. She was checking in on me, and was super sweet. We haven't spoken in a while, but she's busy. She's crazy busy. And she's also not a great texter backer," Barrera said as she let out a laugh. "So, every time that I text her, I know, eventually, she'll get back to me. And she's just not glued to her phone like some of us are, I am glued to my phone. Which, bless her, good for her."

"But yeah, with her, it's one of those things where no matter if you don't talk for months, when we do call each other, or when we do connect or see each other somewhere, it's like no time has passed," the actress added. The new documentary 'Spacey Unmasked' is set to air on Monday, May 13. Ahead of its release, the director of the project is speaking out.

According to the official description, the documentary “will explore never-before-heard experiences and emotional testimony around allegations against the Oscar-winning actor for over three decades, tracing back to 1981,” including “first-hand accounts from multiple men who have previously not shared their stories publicly."

The documentary features 10 men who have come forward and detailed the alleged abuse they faced at the hands of the 'House Of Cards' actor, which spans over five decades.

Many of the men claim they were first starstruck by Spacey, but soon realized that for him to help their careers, they had to exchange alleged “sexual favors."

As The Blast has previously reported, multiple allegations of inappropriate behavior, including sexual assault, surfaced against Kevin Spacey in 2017. These accusations led to his firing from the television series 'House of Cards' and the canceling of 'All the Money in the World.'

New Documentary Will Explore The Abuse Allegations Against Kevin Spacey

The two-part documentary, which was released in the U.K. last week and will be released in the U.S. on Monday, May 13, focuses on allegations made against Spacey, including inappropriate physical contact as he allegedly pushed his groin into the face of an Old Vic worker.

Additionally, he has been accused of m-sturbating in front of another actor as they watched 'Saving Private Ryan' in a public theater. The victim alleges Spacey tried to move his hand to join in.

“At the start [of the interview], [Kevin Spacey] did seem to say that he’s personally apologized to lots of people," Katherine Haywood, director of 'Spacey Unmasked, told The Hollywood Reporter. "I don’t know if that’s true or not. But I certainly know he hasn’t apologized to the men in our film. I think that he could probably do a bit more soul-searching and think about his behavior."

Hayword said that the claims she heard during the production of the project shocked her. “I was quite surprised by the breadth of his behavior,” Haywood added. “It’s not just a story about a very powerful man abusing their power against less powerful men, but it went right back to school.”

“I just think that he needs to take a long, hard look of how he’s treating people,” she continued. “And if he can work through that, then brilliant. I think that’s what the men want. Per The Blast's previous report, Kevin Spacey slammed Channel 4 for 'Spacey Unmasked.'

"Over the last week, I have repeatedly requested that @Channel4 afford me more than 7 days to respond to allegations made against me dating back 48 years and provide me with sufficient details to investigate these matters," he wrote in a statement. "Channel 4 has refused on the basis that they feel that asking for a response in 7 days to new, anonymized and non-specific allegations is a 'fair opportunity' for me to refute any allegations made against me."

"I will not sit back and be attacked by a dying network's one-sided 'documentary' about me in their desperate attempt for ratings," Spacey added. "There's a proper channel to handle allegations against me, and it’s not Channel 4."

"Each time I have been given the time and a proper forum to defend myself, the allegations have failed under scrutiny, and I have been exonerated," he continued. "Channel 4 and @RoastBeefTV may find themselves 'speechless,' but I no longer will be."

Kevin Spacey To Stand Trial Again

In his 2023 London trial, Kevin Spacey faced nine criminal charges related to allegations of sexual misconduct brought by four men. The prosecution presented testimony alleging unwanted physical contact and other inappropriate behavior.

Following twelve hours of deliberation, the jury found Spacey not guilty on all charges.

However, his time in court is not done quite yet, as Spacey will have to stand trial again, likely in 2025, over another sexual assault claim.

A few weeks ago, Halle Bailey revealed she is struggling with postpartum depression.

"I just wanted to speak a little bit about my postpartum journey as a new mom," the actress said in a video on her social media. "I have severe, severe postpartum [depression], and I don't know if any new moms can relate, but it's to the point where it's really bad, and it's hard for me to be separated from my baby for more than 30 minutes at a time before I start to kind of freak out."

According to the Mayo Clinic, most new moms experience postpartum "baby blues" after childbirth, which commonly include mood swings, crying spells, anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. It usually begins within the first two to three days after delivery and may last for up to two weeks.

In a recent interview with Kansas City magazine, the athlete's personal chef, Kumar Ferguson, revealed what Travis typically eats during the NFL season. Oatmeal with fresh fruit for breakfast and seafood Alfredo for dinner are regulars on the menu, along with steaks, as Travis is a big fan.

According to PEOPLE, the upcoming two-story modern steakhouse will take up 10,000 square feet and will have several private dining rooms and a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen. Diners will also see an impressive meat display, along with "hyper-subtle nods" to Patrick and Travis's NFL careers.

“So we’re going to make it a place where hopefully Kansas City can call it home, and that everybody can be there and really enjoy it," Patrick said of the upcoming restaurant.

In 2016, an incident unfolded at the Los Angeles residence of the then 30-year-old Nickelodeon actress Miranda Cosgrove. The man had been stalking her, but the situation took a turn after he set himself on fire and then committed suicide by gunshot on her property.

Thankfully, the actress was unharmed as she wasn't home at the time. However, when she returned, she found her home had become a crime scene.

Prior to this incident, the man had shot at a woman who resembled Cosgrove when she drove past her home. Years after the encounter, the 'iCarly' actress attended a charity event for animal rescue, where she unexpectedly ran into the survivor of the shooting.

'Catfish' Mom's Story Is Turning Into A Lifetime Movie

Kendra Gail Licari's name became well-known after being caught catfishing and bullying her own daughter.

Kendra's daughter and her daughter's boyfriend at the time were both victims of the harassment, which investigators later allege to be the result of “cyber Munchausen's syndrome,” which “seems to be the type of behavior where you're making somebody feel bad – or need you in their life – because of this behavior," according to Prosecutor David Barberi, who spoke with Local 12.

It was later discovered that Kendra used software to hide her location and utilized multiple numbers with different area codes, as well as select slang words, to make her daughter think her friends were sending the texts. Investigators compiled 349 pages of “demeaning, demoralizing, and just mean texts."

She pleaded guilty to two counts of stalking a minor and was sentenced to between 19 months and five years behind bars. Her story will now be told in a new Lifetime movie, 'Mommy Meanest,' which premieres on Saturday, May 11.

After the 32-year-old was released from prison, Lifetime documented Gypsy Rose's every move in an upcoming docuseries, 'Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup.'

Per Lifetime, "This series is an authentic, raw and revealing look at Gypsy’s new life on the outside. From the joyful moments as she is free to make her own decisions for the first time, to the challenges of navigating life and relationships while facing her past, including the abuse she suffered at the hands of her mother, and Gypsy’s own notoriety and fame."
