I'm glad I have two fallout machines. my lappy is still pre-update. Fallout 4 update broke F4SE at least temporarily. F4SE uses injection techniques to modify the in memory footprint of the fallout executable in order to extend it. You can then write mods for the game that take advantage of those extensions, and many authors do.
As a mod author, the update caused me some anxiety. I wasn't sure what all it would break. Fortunately my major mod (High Level Perks) survived the update, but my Brews mod will no longer work until F4SE is updated. Overall it could have been much worse.
For me though, the real pain is in playing. I can no longer uncap my framerates past 60 without breaking the game (120FPS runs twice as fast in game ) That not only means I went from 240FPS to 60FPS in game (it matters) my loading screens are framerate capped as well and thus take 5 times as long as they used to cap at 350FPS.

Jason Carries Out His Plan
Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has his hands full. Not only is he helping Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’s still bent on protecting Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). Soon, he finally meets Dex and questions him.
Also, he gets into a confrontation with John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington). Later, on General Hospital,Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) warns his son, Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about Dex. Elsewhere, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) worries about her son, Aiden Spencer (Enzo De Angelis).

Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) toes had a lot of air time on B&B in the last few weeks, despite the fact she’s nowhere around. But for Friday’s cliffhanger, her fingers seemed to be what Bold and the Beautiful focused on.
Or at least fans assumed those fingers belonged to her, but viewers have been fooled before. They could belong to just about anyone when next week rolls around.

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Finn head to a location found on a convenience store receipt from Sheila Carter’s credit card purchases. But first, Bold and the Beautiful fans became privy to Deacon telling John Finnegan (Tanner Nolan) something that sounded like a hint. He indicated that the store is in a seedy part of town.
So, off they head to find Sheila, but the convenience store clerk said she never saw her. Then Deacon and Finn questioned a homeless man, who was overly anxious to help. Then he gave them some information for their search.
The homeless man saw a woman who looked like the picture of Sheila Carter that her anxiety-riddled boyfriend showed him. The man told the two Bold and the Beautiful amateur detectives that she went into a building behind him. But that was days ago.
Then he heard screaming. But when asked if he reported this, he was indignant and said no. He told Sheila’s son and boyfriend that he needed to stay out of things, it’s the code of survival on the streets. And he reassured them that the screaming finally stopped.
So, Finn and Deacon head to the abandoned building on Friday’s Bold and the Beautiful. What they find inside is a mess from the homeless squatting there. The camera pans to mattresses and blankets all over the place. This is littered with garbage, and strewn with bottles and cans.
Before Deacon and Finn see what lies under one of the dirty blankets, the camera zones in on it. A lifeless and filthy hand is slightly exposed, so you only see fingers. It is seen for only one fleeting moment, so, you can’t tell if they belong to Sheila. But you can see that the hand looks either dirty or discolored by death.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What Do They Find?
Before anything popped up suggesting Sheila Carter was there, the scene cut off. Bold and the Beautiful gave a glimpse into a place so disgusting, that it’s hard to believe Sheila would stay there on her own accord.
No matter how honest the homeless man sounded, he suggested that Deacon grease his hand with money first. So, the jury is still out on who or what he saw and heard. Maybe he was only looking for a quick buck and would say anything to get that.
B&B | CBS
Deacon offered a timeline on Sheila Carter’s disappearance, he said during this search that she’s been missing for two weeks. So, if she was lying under that blanket all that time, there’s not much hope. That’s if it’s even her. They could always discover someone else there.
So, Sheila might have been held captive against her will somewhere else in the building. This could be the case if what the homeless man said rings true.
It’s also possible she could still be in that building somewhere else. But then again, Bold and the Beautifulmight have put that scene of the fingers in last week’s episode for an enticing Friday cliffhanger.
With that said, Deacon Sharpe popped up like a true hero and declared that today would be the day they would find Sheila. But he also added his biggest worry, they might be too late. So is another funeral for Sheila in the cards? Or will they find Sheila Carter and her doctor son could save her again on the CBS soap?

A few years ago, a developer of a trivial package in one of the major packet wells on internet decided to delete his package from the well (allegedly because he never received the credit he expected and deserved) - creating havoc in the development world: Thousands of programs had imported the package, and rebuilding the system crashed.
I know this story only through the grapevine, so details are fuzzy - but through a couple different channels, so I guess the story is well known. I'd like to dig up some more reliable, detailed information about this case, but I am not able to come up with search terms that brings up what I am looking for.

I have creativity. I can come up with game ideas which already include all sites such as monetization, marketing, design, colors, mechanics and absolutely everything. After all, I just don't have enough experience and assets to make these games real. How can I use or monetize this ability of mine?
I have an interest in data being painted onto terrain. I know about TerrainPaintUtility and know you can create custom tools, which is something I plan to look into. Wondering if anyone else has had to grapple with this sort of thing?
Edit: Also trying to figure out how I could visualize this information on the terrain.
There are a lot of potential uses, such as painting weight maps for encounter probabilities, debuffs to player movement, reward probabilities, etc. etc.
Got a simple state machine going for a boss battle. In one of the states, I want to have the boss decide a random number of bullets to shoot, shoot each bullet with some time in between, and then go to the next state if it met its number of bullets.
In reality, my game has the boss spit out hundreds of bullets constantly at the same time and never transitions out of the state. And I have no idea why this is the case.

I have two cameras, one is the main and the other is an overlay, and I need the main to render at a lower resolution.
I'm using the URP, and while I can change the Render Scale in the pipeline asset, that affects both cameras.
Is there a way for each to have a different resolution? I need it for performance reasons.
Hey all. My game has many different scenes and I need some of them to have unique post processing profiles. This was easy to do with the built-in pipeline, but I'm not sure how to do it with the HDRP as everything appears to be global.
Do I have to create unique profiles and set them at runtime when I load a given scene? Appreciate any help.
I have Iron source, Google Admob, Unity Ads for bidding. ALL of these ads network stopped showing any ads in the app like a week ago. I tried testing ads, even they were not showing up. wrote an email to the ironsource, no response. then implemented AdMob only ads, no ironsource involved. It worked fine. Any else having such issues ?
