CinemachineFreeLook component - rotate towards given target

Hello all! I am using Cinemachine to move the camera in my 3D mobile game. I am using CinemachineFreeLook component to achieve a behaviour when the camera rotates around the player - player object is set up to both Follow and Look at targets.

This works fine, but now I would like to make it work in the sense that the camera will automatically rotate towards given Vector3 position in the scene, while maintaining player in the center of the camera (adding illustrative picture below,...

Localized String with Time remaining not updating

Hi there,

I'm trying to set up a Localized Smart String that includes the seconds remaining before a menu closes (aka: "Closing in {o} seconds."

I have tried adding to the StringReference's arguments an IntVariable, but when I update the IntVariable, it's not reflected in the string itself.. only the initial value. what is the correct/best way to accomplish this?

Third party system launchers return to home screen delay (Gesture Navigation only)

Its been confirmed by a few others and myself that both OOS14 and COS14 is not third party launcher friendly.

When using any third party launcher, the closing app animation by swiping up gesture to home screen occurs in a blank home screen for 1-2 seconds before icons reappear.

I wish I can use the system launcher as my daily... these are just some of the limitations why I want to use third party launcher:

Non existent customization for app drawer
Home screen max grid only 5x6...

How can I achieve a smooth collision with Cinemachine?

By that, I don't mean just changing the damping settings of the Cinemachine Collider. I need a big radius around the camera which will basically be the "soft zone" of the camera (basically act like a suspension), and a smaller radius for the "dead zone" which will instantly pull itself no matter the damping.

This already exists in the VC's Composer settings. I don't know why they haven't implemented that to the Collider, or maybe I am missing something.

I have read quite a few threads but I have not found an answer to my question/problem, so I am opening this new thread.

I would like to update the firmware of my radio since it stopped connecting to Android Auto (using the zlink app that is included in the radio).

The problem is that the app version is K2001Q_JYT_S212202.20220427 (image attached) and I have not found any tutorial or apk to update this version.

Trigger isn't working consistently

Hello, so I have a player and when he enters the trigger he is supposed to respawn and lose a life which as you can see happens at the start of the the video. But for some reason when failing off the side closer to the trigger's edge it doesn't seem to work for some reason. Debug.Log that I wrote to let me know if the players enters the trigger isn't run. But the player clearly touches the collider.

OP12 freezing after booting. Please help

I rooted the phone, and it was working perfectly, but after installing some modules and restarting the phone, now it freezes like 10 seconds after it boots... I can access in security mode and no issues, but i can't open magisk to see if i can do something there
I installed lsposed, systemless hosts in magisk, adaway (uninstaleld and still freezes), lucky patcher (uninstalled and still freezes), and disable flag secure. I can't rememeber if i installed any module, but i think i didnt... I...

How to generate a texture from a material which is using a shader

So I have a shader linked to a material, everything works fine when just rendering in unity but I want to export this mesh and its color

When I export it normally using a FBX exporter, it doesnt keep its color. How could I generate a texture from this material with the shader to be able to put it on the mesh in something like Blender?

The brief history: my rooted OP9P wouldn't update to 14.0.500 with the local update apk after getting stuck at 38% FOUR times. I learned that the version on my phone is 13.1.593, which is a downgrade version from 14 down to 13. I removed root and tried to upgrade via OTA to 14 = it won't find an update, and I can't reinstall the local update ok.

2D player movement jitter in 1 project and not another

I have 2 projects, the first using the default renderer which I converted to URP and the second using URP from the start. In the second project, as I move the player around, the sprite is jittery but in the first project it is completely smooth. The first project in the gif is the smooth first project and the second is the jittery one.
As far as I can tell every single setting in the projects is exactly the same. The camera settings are identical, the sprites are identical, the movement...
