Khi dịp Tết đến gần, người ta thường mua hoặc trưng bày chậu mai tứ quý để thể hiện vẻ đẹp của nó. Cây này rất phù hợp để trồng trong nhà vì có những giá trị tích cực trong phong thủy và trong cuộc sống nói chung.

Mai tứ quý, tên khoa học là Ochna serrulata, thuộc họ Ochnaceae. Nó còn được gọi là mai kép hoặc mai đất lavender, do có khả năng ra hoa hai lần. Ban đầu nó có nguồn gốc từ Trung Quốc, sau đó được đưa đến Việt Nam và trở nên phổ biến. Một số quốc gia Đông Nam Á khác cũng trồng loại cây này.

2. Đặc điểm

Mai tứ quý là loại cây gỗ, với chiều cao trung bình từ 2-3 mét, trong khi những cây đến từ Thái Lan hoặc Trung Quốc có thể cao đến 7-8 mét. Vỏ cây có bề mặt sần sùi và màu nâu, với cành nhánh lan rộng và hoa mọc ở đầu cành. Lá có rìa răng cưa, màu xanh với cuống ngắn, và mặt dưới có các gân nổi bật.

Dù có một số người nghĩ rằng mai tứ quý ra hoa quanh năm, nhưng thực tế mùa hoa của nó bắt đầu từ tháng 2 và kéo dài đến tháng 5. Hoa có màu vàng sáng, với đường kính trung bình khoảng 3-4 cm. Chúng có hai lớp cánh và có thể ra hoa hai lần trong một năm. Lần đầu, năm cánh vàng nở, sau đó chúng rụng đi, và đài hoa chuyển sang màu đỏ, bao lấy nhị hoa, giống như một nụ. Nhị hoa sau đó tạo thành hạt, đẩy đài hoa ra ngoài, trông như thể hoa đã nở lại.

I think my question is how can I upload both the required and optional dSYM automatically, because currently It just uploaded the required dSYM not the optional. is there any additional configuration or flag that I missed out ?

I'm using the Multipurpose Camera Rig from the Unity Standard Assets (from Unity 5) as a third person camera rig for my game. Out of the box, it's set up so the camera hovers directly behind the player and can orbit from it's pivot point. Seeking Effective Plugin/Tools for Converting Figma Designs to Angular Website

I'm currently working on a project where I need to convert Figma designs into a fully functional website as quickly and efficiently as possible. My tech stack primarily involves Angular, and I'm facing challenges finding a reliable tool or plugin that integrates with it.

So far, I've explored several plugins, but none have met my expectations or worked well with Angular.

Here’s what I’ve tried and the issues I’ve faced:

Figmular: The SCSS generated does not match the design in Figma.

Clapy: Unable to download the code for the entire page; it takes a lot of time.

What I'm looking is : A tool that can convert Figma designs directly to Angular components or recommendations for plugins that work well with Angular.

Client Error when using parquet in AWS Sagemaker's ClarifyCheckStep

I am trying to use parquet as the data format in an AWS Sagemaker.

But when trying to use parquet as the dataformat for AWS ClarifyCheckStep in a pipeline, I will get ClientError: Content type is missing when using Parquet dataset. Please specify the content type

Re-encryption Failure

Am currently using lastest version of Workstation (17.5.2). On my Win 11 machine after the last few upgrades, I keep getting the following message: "The virtual machine is encrypted using old encryption algorithm. You can upgrade VM to latest encryption mode. ..."

When I try to upgrade, I get the following error message: "Failed to reencrypt virtual machine. Please restart VMware Workstation and try again later."

I am not required to enter a password (and frankly didn't know I had an encrypted machine). I don't want a password either. This Win 11 VM works fine if I decline to upgrade the encryption.

I'd like to continue using this machine, but wonder if it will eventually cause me problems. If so, I would rather build a new virtual machine so I don't lose all my work on this machine.

Should I continue using this VM using the old encryption algorithm?

Error from concurrently reading from MYSQL database

I have a flask program. On the get method for '/' route, python code accesses the MYSQL database with the following

This works most of the time. However if in my browser I reload the page twice quickly on the '/' route, the program hangs. I've narrowed it down to this line

Seems like its trying to access the same records at the same time and freezing? There are no error messages, it just never gets to the next line. If I hit refresh a couple more times I get the following error

I tried adding a lock table to the record on the read, as I thought maybe that was what was causing the issue

Change fingerprint sensor EFS UID to match the Sensor UID

Hi, I recently tried reflashing my phone with a program that shouldn't cause issues, but it didn't work, so I used odin4. Once it was flashed the fingerprint sensor was broken. I found a thread on Samsung's support site, and when I used the HwModuleTest menu to see the sensor info and tests everything seemed fine but the EFS UID is blank, all zeroes. Module test says 0, and calibration says 1. Does anybody know how to fix this? I attached some screenshots to show what I am seeing.

Django Model OneToOneField migrations cannot encounter column

Hello im learning Django and trying to add a new table where I save my isbn numbers and I wanted to make onetoone relation book with isbn number. Django creates the tables of isbn and books aswell. the problem when I do the onetoonefield.

I have erased the sqlite db and recreated the DB and I have added id fields or not it didn't fix the error. Obviously I also asked chatgpt and follow the steps suggested aswell. It's this one line that gives the problem. models.OneToOneField. I did make migrations and migrations aswell.
